Sonora Sunset Soup Blend

A blend of 9 beans plus split green and yellow lentils that makes a wonderfully hearty, thick soup. Each bag includes dried cholla buds (2 cholla buds have as much calcium as 8 ounces of milk!) and a bay leaf harvested here in Tucson. Add aromatics (carrot, celery, onion) and greens for a vegetarian soup, or stir in something smoky (ham? smoked turkey wings?) for a robust omnivore soup.
